“Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.”
(Mark 11:23 NASB)
We all have “mountains” in our lives. We have to identify what our “mountains” are and don’t act like they don’t exist. Many of us let our mountain intimidate us and determine the course of our life. This doesn’t have to be so. Many of us run to God about our “mountains” but God is wanting us to run to our mountains about our God. Instead of telling God about your problems God is wanting us to tell our problems about our God.
God is not going to speak to your problems you are going to speak to them. The mountain in your life is not responding to the tone or volume of your voice. The mountain isn’t responding to your gender, color of your skin, nor your past. The mountain is responding to the authority of God inside of you.
All of heaven is backing you up when you believe the Word of God and that God is faithful to perform His Word when spoken. I believe God is a healer, deliverer, and a keeper. Find whatever God says about your mountain and confess that over your mountain and the mountain must go.
Use the three keys from this scripture today to speak to your mountains.
1.) Realize you have authority. You have to speak to your mountain what God has spoken. Nothing is going to happen until you release your authority.
2.) You may second guess yourself, but don’t doubt in your heart what God has spoken about your situation.
3.) Believe what you speak. Get your confidence up knowing that what God has spoken will come to pass!! God doesn’t lie and He has integrity when it comes to His Word.
